I know! We are all very happy. Especially considering that about two years ago we replaced the roof and the contractor walked off the job in the middle of it leaving us with no roof on half the building for a month, so that a major rainstorm did HUGE amounts of water damage that fortunately insurance covered.

But yes. New extinguishers will be there by next week. New stove will probably happen sometime this year.
