May. 2nd, 2007 06:56 pmAargh. Today I got a phone call from my CPE supervisor, asking why I hadn't responded to his e-mail. Apparently, I'd given him my personal non-fan e-mail instead of my school e-mail, and I haven't checked it in a two weeks because I've been concentrating on trying to get all my papers and stuff done, and I'd forgotten I had given him that e-mail instead of my school e-mail. (I mean, my parents and aunt and other friends all have my phone number, they'll call if it's important, right? They understand about getting buried in schoolwork.)
I'd completely forgotten that I needed to get a TB test done to participate in CPE this summer. And the deadline is May 9. Next Wednesday. And Gettysburg Hospital, being a small regional hospital, doesn't do TB tests. So now I've got to see if there's a doctor in the area that will do it, or if I can get it done at the clinic for Gettysburg College, or if I have to go to Chambersburg Hospital or York Hospital. The appeal to a hospital is that they're open 7-days a week; that way I can get tested tomorrow, pick up the results Saturday (it takes two days), and get them to him by Monday.
Now that I'm done panicking about that, I need to write a paper on Luther's Two kinds of Righteousness. It's due tomorrow.
