George Lucas Gets a Clue!
May. 4th, 2006 02:33 pmThey're going to release the original trilogy on DVD, digitally remastered but in the original editing. As in, unaltered. No "Han shot second" crap! No Hayden at the end of Return of the Jedi! Woohoo! But get yours quick when they come out, because this is apparently only a limited time offer.

Wow. I am so incredibly thrilled by this. Yes, I have the original trilogy on DVD already, but there is no way in hell I'm going to miss out on this. If I'd known they were going to do this, I wouldn't have gotten the Special Edition ones. Ah, well.
In other news, the office is incredibly quiet today, weird though that is for this time of year. So, once I've gotten all my work done, I'll be free to write. I've got about 1,000 words so far on my ficathon story, and Jack's brother just showed up in New Lives. Interesting times for the new couple ;).
