Otter's Rock

Thanks for the rec, but I discovered miss_porcupine quite some time ago. Her stories focus on military people who are already in the program. I want to hear about military people outside the program, who had no clue it existed/what it was until declassification. Her stories were part of what prompted my desire ;)
