Well, this is one thing I have not been looking forward to: the bureaucracy of an educational institution. Granted, it's not like LTSG is one of those huge state schools you hear horror stories about, but still. There's been so much confusion involved in getting all the right pieces of paper to them. Part of it is my fault, I freely admit; I'm not the most organized of people. Part of it, however, is not. I got an e-mail yesterday asking where the signed Acceptance of Admission form was, and why I hadn't yet sent them a check for $100.
Well, I sent in a signed form saying I was definitely going to LTSG back in April. But that was tied up with my scholarship, so I thought maybe I'd missed another one somewhere. Went through all the papers from LTSG, couldn't find anything. Couldn't find a mention of the $100 fee, either, which is weird in and of itself. I have a full-ride scholarship. This is not the $250 deposit for the lease on my single-occupancy dorm room. What else do they want? I haven't sent in the lease form and $250 yet because I only just got it (there's a whole saga there, which I won't bore you with).
Aargh.
