I graduated from tech school with qualifications in structural engineering drafting, and searched the "male help wanted" columns for my first-and-only-job at a civil engineering firm. Its co-owner was stunned at my interview--it was clear he assumed Jesse was male. I had the skills, though, so I got the job. And withstood sexual harassment daily until I got fed up and quit.
