Your AU is a very plausible way to insert Sha're into the workings of the SGC. I greatly enjoy reading them. It's like you've taken a black and white (or tan and blue?) picture of abydos and colored in all the lines to make it this vibrant living culture.

And Sha're's smackdown of Teal'c is so awesome.
