Summary:
Fandom, you have fallen down on the job! This is one of the most awesome crossovers I've ever read, why has it not been recced everywhere so that I can see it? The story is good, it's well-written, but the incredibly awesome thing is the worldbuilding. This story has some of the most awesome meta I've ever seen about religion, its place in the SG universe, and what it means to be Immortal in the Highlander sense. All told within a wonderfully engaging story. It sent me to my flappy happy place so many times. Go read it!

Summary:
Methos was just spending a year as a high school teacher; Jake O'Neil was just trying to be someone other than Jack O'Neill; neither are simple individuals.
