Yes, but in order to be there to wait for Elizabeth, they have to get from the planet where they left the Wraith to Atlantis. And since the whole reason they picked that planet is that it doesn't have a Stargate, and the Daedalus was still being repaired, that meant taking the Wraith ship. Which means that Teyla had to learn to fly it, because Michael was de-Wraithified. She learned to fly it on the way from the planet to Atlantis--sort of the sink-or-swim method.
