I got a notification from Audible that it was out and promptly used a credit for it. Kobna Holbrook-Smith does as great a job with American accents (including "cultured New Orleans slightly adjusted by NYC") as he does with assorted British and African accents. And I love the way he does Gussie's Oxford drawl.
