Mrs. Bennet really is as bad as we tend to think she is. But that doesn't mean that Mr. Bennet is right to treat her the way he does. And I wish people could see that. It's one of those complicated situations where nobody is behaving the way the should or treating other people the way they should, and doing harm to those around them in the process.
