The entertaining bit for me is that I recently started rewatching The Inside, a predecessor to Criminal Minds in which Rachel Nichol played a brand new FBI agent recruited for a team of FBI profilers because as a child she was the victim of a serial kidnapper/murderer. The feeling of deja vu to tonight's episode of Criminal Minds had a certain. . . ironic flair. It also amused me that apparently I wasn't the only person to watch The Inside.
